Cancellation Policy
1. No cancellation request will be entertained within 30 days of service subscription.
2. The cancellation request made after 30 days of service commencement will be entertained,
depending on various factors namely the nature of service subscribed, terms & conditions stated under
the working document.
3. Any new deliverable/expectation introduced during the term of service by the client can’t be the
reason for cancellation.
4. Client needs to make a cancellation request directly at info@webplause.com.
Refund Policy
1. Payments made are generally Non-Refundable.
2. No refund will be for the services such as Website Design,SEO, SEM, management services etc after 30 days commencement of the project.
3. No refund for the work or service that has been delivered or executed from our end.
4. Payment made to third parties during the execution of services stated in the working document
under the acknowledgement or consent of the client will not be refundable.
5. Refund request will not be entertained for dormant projects/in-between left out projects, or in
which the client unable to respond to our communication request, for more than 30 days.
6. Special prices/promotional offers/festive offers/combo offers are strictly non-refundable, non-
transferrable.
7. Client will bear the transactional charges/tax charges/processing charges for any refund.
